Process

From farm to container

We buy directly from partner farms and our own land, selecting healthy, mature harvests.

Material is hand sorted to remove foreign matter, immature or damaged pieces.

Sun dried (or controlled drying) to the target moisture level for safe storage and shipping.

Graded to the agreed specification, covering size, colour, moisture and cleanliness.

Final inspection against the contract specification before packing.

Packed in food safe bags; fumigation and documents arranged per shipment.
